We guarantee the condition of every item as described. Items may be returned if not in that condition. Any item may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt if found to be other than as described. Shipping: We ship as soon as we can (usually within one day, often the same day) after receiving your order. All domestic parcels include Delivery Confirmation. International shipments include a Certificate of Mailing. Insured at our expense. International shipments are billed at cost. Shipping class for lightweight items may be upgraded without added charge. In the case of heavy items or sets, we may ask in advance for additional payment to cover costs.
