The Holy Grail, and Other Poems. By Alfred, Lord Tennyson and printed in Boston by Fields, Osgood, & Co. 1870, 202 pp, 7.75 x 4.75 , 8vo, hardcover red cloth. In good condition, with minor rubbing and wear to boards and spine. Minor losses to head and heel of spine. Hinges remain in good condition and text block remains bound well. Minor staining to front pastedown. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce edition by British poet laureate Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1809-1892) that included the first publication of Flower in the Crannied Wall, which was composed by the author in 1863.
