Book condition: poor, very scarce copy of volume II sold as is, 23 b/w illustrations, covers the history of the Lincolnshire Regiment and its various expeditions and campaigns with a particular emphasis on South Africa, green boards feature wonderful emblem of the Tenth in gilt and shows scuff where tape was removed, corners scuffed, brown leather spine well scuffed with gilt, front board and ffep detached but included, gilt to all page edges, tear to half title page which is partially detached, back hinge cracked with play, interior very clean, binding tight, 444 pages with index, 5.5 X 8.5 inches.
