Fair to Good, classic set of Don Quixote bound in original boards and spine, boards are heavily discolored and a bit soft, leather spines with moderate rubbing and cracking, some loss to top and bottom spine edges, bit of loss to board corners, pulpy text block edges, top text block edge dusty, hinges fragile but intact, few pages starting to separate from sewn binding, age toning and scattered foxing to pages, previous owner handwritten ink names front free endpapers, rear free endpaper missing Volume 2, blank rectangular sticker affirmed to front pastedown of two Volumes and other two Volumes show some residue from removed sticker, moisture stain near hinge to few prelims of Volume 1, ink drawing and writing to rear pastedown Volume 4, heavy rubbing along board edges with few chips, soiled spot top text block edge near spine Volume 4, some discoloration to pastedowns, few pencil markings to couple of prelims.
