A good sturdy book. The compilers were Inverness men and probably knew their subject better than most. After a couple of chapters on the Highlands generally, and another on the town of Inverness, there are six routes for the intrepid travellers of the day, taking them as far north as Zetland (Shetland), and west to Cape Wrath.
