Sinopsis: In May 2002, in the glorious waters of Grand Cayman, B.W.I., Tim Warnock took the plunge. His goal: to become a certified scuba diver. Since that time, Tim has logged over 100 dives, spent more than 4000 minutes under the sea, and achieved Master Scuba Diver rating. What he found is that diving is much more than a hobby; diving is an extraordinarily enjoyable, meaningful and incredible adventure. Dive Log: Discovering Life Under the Sea is a first-person account of his experiences as a diver from his initial certification, to dives in such locations as: Grand Cayman, both before and after Hurricane Ivan, Maui, Cancun, French Polynesia, Ft. Lauderdale, Grand Turk, and sites throughout the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Filled with photographs, Dive Log provides a diver s eye view of the underwater world. From a rare hammerhead sighting in Grand Cayman, to an awe-inspiring shark dive in the South Pacific, to a surprise visit from a pod of dolphins during a dive in Costa Maya, Dive Log has it all from descent to ascent, bottom time to surface intervals, and everything in between.
