Acerca de

What if the federal justice and penal system was a sham? What if it was a facade that perpetuates the proliferation of crime in order to sustain an economic and political infrastructure to benefit those in power? Could that be the reason for the inability of ever-tougher laws and ever-stricter sentences to affect growing crime rates? Could that explain our prison system's insidious "revolving door" justice? Is that the basis for the burgeoning prison industry? Author Lamon Lindsay's hard-hitting novel, "Crime Does Pay, But Who?" dramatically and believably addresses these questions and more. A veteran of the penal system, Lindsay's street-wise voice rings with experience and insight. Exploding with action, intrigue, and biting realism, "Crime Does Pay, But Who?" is a thought-provoking novel that is hard to put down. Using carefully drawn characters wrapped in layers of suspense, Lindsay gets readers thinking about law and justice in America.

About the Author:

Lamon Lindsay was born and raised in Detroit. After years of imprisonment, he earned his GED and certificates in building maintenance and telecommunications. He has been clean for over 20 years and is the father of two. "Crime Does Pay, But Who?" is his first novel.
