Slightly oversized (9 x 12?) illustrated paper covers have several 1" or less chips and tears and creasing along the edges. Moderate overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well. Covers that are separated and split along center fold have been taped back together. Pages are lightly aged and have several small chips and tears along edges, but are otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-library. Scrap book-style history of San Bernardino as it was in 1890, with black and white reprints of newspaper clippings and old photographs with brief explanations of what life was like in San Bernadino just before the turn of the century.
