In original dark-grey, paper-covered boards. Text printed black at head of front cover: ‘By direction of the Right Honble. Lieut.-Col. Lord Tweedmouth, C.M.G., D.S.O., M.V.O., and his trustees’, with cover title below: ‘Hutton Castle and Edington Estates, N.B.’; small repair at foot of front hinge. Spine recently strengthened. With map mounted on verso of front cover and large plan of the estate loosely inserted. Large folio, 372x250mm; 35,  pages, plus six leaves with eight photographic illustrations printed recto only, all with tissue guards. All maps and plans present. Some minor dusting. Bright and clean.
