Xavier Roy was born in South West France in 1938 as son of a artist mother and father in advertising. Aged 23 he began his career with Editions Musicales Vogues in sales and responsibility for artist PR. In 1968 he joined REED Midem and became CEO of the organization in 1989. Travelling widely both for professional and personal reasons he came into contact with different cultures. He bought his first camera in Singapore in 1977 and continuing travelling with a creative and photographic eye. Mr. Roy’s works has been exhibited in many magazines, books and galleries in France and USA.
