Here an attempt is made to analyze the effect of "Godhuma Patra Swarasa (Wheat grass juice)" which is used by many traditional practitioners of India. As though there is no direct reference of use of Godhuma Patra Swarasa but Godhuma has been told as Pathya in Prameha ,by this use of Godhuma patra can be traced out.This analysis showed good result in reducing cardinal features of DM.
