Biografía del autor:
Dr. Moloy Ghoshal is with I.P.M, Kanpur(India) where he teaches the students of MBA & Retailing. Dr.Ghoshal has 14 yrs of teaching & 2 yrs of industrial experience. He has more than ten publications, both national & international, in his credit. Apart from teaching MBA students, which is the major function, he train the engineering prof. in TQM.
