Atlas of Paediatric Ultrasound - Tapa dura

The description of medical cases is presented in 22 chapters organized primarily according to clinical symptoms and findings, such as abdominal masses and blunt abdominal trauma. Some chapters are dealt with systematically, as for example those on transfontanelle examinations of the brain and ultrasound examination of the hip. The legends to the illustrations present the cases in the context of history, clinical findings, differential diagnosis and therapy. Indications for other, complementary examination techniques are mentioned and their results are, in part, also illustrated.
