Biografía del autor

Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin est né en 1755 et mort à Paris en 1826. Il fut un gastronome français.  Député du tiers-état, il se fera remarquer sur le discours de la défense de la peine de mort. Après un exil de 4 mois, il reviendra en France et rentrera dans l’état major du Rhin-et-Moselle. La physiologie du goût fera son succès.
