A reimagining of what Marx and Engels would have written had they been alive today. 170 years after the publication of the original Manifesto, we believe that Marx and Engels would still have been concerned about inequality. But rather than focus on uniting the disparate socialist movements of the nineteenth century, the twenty-first century Marx and Engels would be urging for united Activism. Rupert Younger is Director of Oxford University's Centre for Corporate Reputation, Global Managing Partner of the consulting firm Finsbury, and co-author of "The Reputation Game: The Art of Changing How People See You." Frank Partnoy is Professor of Law and Finance at the University of San Diego, and will take up a a tenured Law Professorship at UC Berkeley in the summer of 2018. He is the author of a number of books including "WAIT: The Art and Science of Delay"; and "Infections Greed: How Deceit and Risk Corrupted the Financial Markets."
