Others say no, and draw attention to the fact that the physical thing we call the book is not only as much appreciated as it ever was, but also is being produced in increasing numbers. On balance, it would seem that the obituarists should put their pens away for the foreseeable future, and that the story so attractively told in Antony Kamm s guide still has chapters to come.
