Biografía del autor
Tracy Martin is classed, by many, as the only ultra-modern collectables expert in the collectables Industry. She specialises in today's current market but is also extremely knowledgeable about the collectables industry as a whole. She has appeared on Live TV, radio and conducted lecture workshops, and has also been a special guest at open days for some of the biggest collectables companies around. Tracy's passion for collecting has paved the way for her successful career, and she is well known in the industry by fellow experts and collectors. She has a vast knowledge of many subjects, which include shoes, handbags, toys, ceramics and glass - and she is able to connect with the collectable needs of both men and women. The joy of 20th-21st century collectables, is that there is a lot more to discuss than you might expect and Tracy is uniquely placed to do so - that's why potters ask her to write about them and why she has appeared on TV, radio and as a columnist for a number of well-known publications. Tracy is also a Specialist Collectables Consultant for an auction house, where she has put together an important sale of Shelley Ware and on a monthly basis source, market and sell items of both antiques and collectables. She also currently promotes children's character collectables First Day Stamp Covers for a major Collectables organisation. The Greatest Collecting Tips in the World is Tracy's first book.
