Melanie Phillips controversial column has appeared in the Observer and Sunday Times and currently appears in the Daily Mail. She frequently speaks on Radio and TV and is a member of Radio 4's The Moral Maze panel. She is a recipient of the Orwell Prize for journalism and was included in Prospect's Britain's 100 most influential thinkers list of 2004.
