She studied nutrition at the University of Texas in Austin, worked for many health organizations, owned a lifestyle and fitness consulting business, and has written publicly since 1995. She has published articles for various magazines, composed nutrition blogs for health clubs, and has been a contributing writer for corporate wellness firm newsletters. The writing and her lifestyle go hand in hand.
