Reseña del editor:
'I have had many bad experiences with cooking. Cooking too little, too much, putting the wrong combinations together, cut fingers, burnt food, sleeves and skin, hot oil, splattered clothes, burnt tongues and teary eyes from onions and smoke. And I still enjoy it!' Miranda Shearer wrote this book for her boyfriend, Tom. He was missing home cooking at university and was keen to learn how to cook. Miranda enthusiastically shares her knowledge, unfallingly creating delicious and well-balanced meals using recipes that can be easily followed by even the most inexperienced cook. Aged 18, memories of learning and disastrous results are not too far away, and she writes with great humour, knowing exactly how to coax a novice cook through any tricky stages.
