About the Author:

Natasha Collins is the owner of Nevie-Pie Cakes in Hertfordshire, England, and the author of The Painted Cake. Her high-profile clients include Selfridges & Co, for whom she created a Christmas cake range. Natasha runs her own cake-painting classes in the UK and internationally. She has had her cookies featured on This Morning and The Jonathan Ross Show and her recipes have been featured in magazines such as Woman’s Weekly, Woman’s Own, Brides, Perfect Wedding and Wedding.
