They stood watching as he threw down the rules of the game. Everyone was broken. Yet he knew none were to reach the experience he had obtained. He realized he was one in a billion-to have truly lived and be saved. There was little time. The demons were reproducing for nothing-more empty memories. It was his call to leave the damned or continue searching the pile of death for life to see a glimmer of hope. He was truly alone. He dreamt of better dreams, maybe to finally achieve his one true goal: to have everyone see the same thing all at once and rejoice at the sight of their creation. So the days grew and it seemed that there was no change. The love inside grew weary and lonesome. He was to keep himself steady as loved ones perished. It was war. He turned in shame and began to run; he wanted never to look back and relive their moment of self destruction. Tears ran down his face as he ran faster. He never wanted to stop running but to go as far as his legs took him. His eyes were opened to the moon and he felt the cold rise through himself...
