His favorite activities include yoga, running, photography, and reading. Kim Lyons, trainer on The Biggest Loser, has been physically active her whole life. A graduate of Colorado State University and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Kim is also an accomplished writer and has been featured in numerous magazines, including Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness, and Self. When she is not traveling or training, Kim enjoys cooking, studying interior design, and participating in adventure sports. She lives in Hermosa Beach, California.
