She has shared her recipes with television audiences on The Biggest Loser, Good Morning America, The View, HGTV's Smart Solutions, Discovery Health's National Body Challenge, and more. Her recipes have also appeared in numerous publications, including Prevention, Shape, Men's Fitness, Men's Health, and Women's Health, where she is a contributing food editor. She lives in Los Angeles.

Karen Kaplan is an accomplished food and travel writer and editor. She has a Grand Diplome from La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France.
