101 Strategies for Coaching Winning Wrestling provides coaches with a plan to maximize the success of their wrestlers. The book provides a very accurate and detailed explanation of how to run a successful wrestling program. The 101 strategies are separated into chapters detailing under what circumstances a specific strategy is best used, including pre-season, the entire season, first week of the season, the day before a match or tournament, the day of a match or tournament, after matches or tournaments, final weeks of the season, and post-season.

Keith Manos is an English teacher and the former wrestling coach and athletic director at Richmond Heights High School (OH). Manos was named Division III Ohio Wrestling Coach of the Year (1988), NE District Division III Wrestling Coach of the Year (1989), GCWCOA Division III Wrestling Coach of the year (1989), and East Suburban Conference Wrestling Coach of the Year twice (1988 & 1989). The Greater Cleveland Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association honored him with their Award of Merit in 2002. Manos was the head coach of the United States All-Star Wrestling Team (vs. Oklahoma All-Stars) in 1989 and head coach of the Ohio All-Star Wrestling Team in 1991, and has coached multiple all-star wrestling teams and wrestling clubs in Toledo, Sandusky, and Cleveland.During his tenure as a head coach, Manos had 29 qualifiers to the state tournament, with 21 state tournaments placers and three state champions, including Dan Hanson, a four-time state champion. In eight years at Richmond Heights High School, Manos's teams finished in the top 10 at the state tournament five times.In 2000 Keith was also honored as Ohio's English Teacher of the Year by the Ohio Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts.
