Dr. Sikun Lan earned his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Applied Mathematics at UCLA. He has worked for three public companies (Citigroup, Zenith Insurance, ReachLocal) for 18 years in IT, banking, insurance, and internet marketing. He has extensive experience in management, technology, teaching, and non-profit organization leadership. During the past three years, Dr. Lan successfully managed a startup company with dozens of multi-cultural employees and contractors who live in different cities, states and countries. He cares about company culture, focuses on teamwork, helps employees grow, and encourages teachers to pursue their teaching careers.
