George I. Kidwiler, Jr. retired from the USAF after serving 28 plus years of active service. He retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam 1966-67 and again in 1971-72. He has a Bachelors of Science with Honors from Shepherd University, and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland. He currently provides Psychotherapy as a volunteer at the Eastern Panhandle Care Clinic in Charlestown, WV. He enjoys writing poetry and is currently writing a adventure book for young readers. He is married to his loving wife Ann, has 5 children, 10 living grandchildren and 1 deceased grandson named Cory who died of cancer in 2011 at the age of 5.
