The Duties of Parents & The Baptist Catechism

This booklet answers two questions: First, how does God instruct parents to train their children? Second, what is a good tool you can use to help your family master God’s Word? Despite its brevity, J. C. Ryle’s booklet The Duties of Parents addresses the first question with surprising depth and ease. The Baptist Catechism answers the second question by listing out some of the most essential doctrines every family should know. It is our hope that this booklet will awaken family Scripture reading in the home and household revival that accompanies it. Heed this warning: where Scripture is not read there can be no revival.
