The author is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, ordained minister, and certified chaplain who has over 30 years of healthy sobriety and who has sponsored many people and sent them on their journey to wellness. The author's sponsor was one of the first 100 alcoholics in the early days of Alcoholics Anonymous who taught this writer and many others what the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous knew and what healthy recovery and living a good life in wellness really meant. Now, this writer passes along the knowledge and wisdom of the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous to those who work the Twelve Steps using this guide.
