Ms. Sherr has worked in Human Resources for 30+ years, opening and staffing hotels from 200 to 2000 rooms. Her diverse background in four and five-star properties gives her a unique perspective. She has created training programs to educate management teams and line employees. As a skilled recruiter at any level she has become proficient in the selection process and minimizing turnover. For the last few years she has concentrated on recruiting for qualified clients, consulting assignments in and out of the hotel industry and career counseling and coaching. She and a colleague wrote Management Bites in 2005; this book further addresses the lessons on leadership that all managers should absorb to be successful.
