Biografía del autor:
Jonathan Ehrman has a 32-year background in clinical exercise physiology and is certified as an ACSM clinical exercise specialist and programme director. He has authored more than 100 manuscripts and abstracts, plus four books and chapters. He was senior editor of the sixth edition of ACSM's Resource Manual for Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription.
