Biografía del autor
Aminah Raheem, Ph.D., is the author of three books: Soul Return: Integrating Body, Psyche and Spirit; Soul Lightning: Awakening Soul Consciousness; and The Way of Soul Lightening: Integrating Body, Mind, and Soul Through Energy. She is the originator of Soul Lightening International, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to soul realization and purpose in the world, through educational programs about whole-being wellness and purpose for the benefit of the family and the global community. Aminah holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in transpersonal psychology from the California Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (SOPHIA), a B.A. in English, psychology, and history from Arizona State University; and has studied international relations at the International Peoples College in Denmark. She is an internationally recognized teacher and practitioner, a Diplomat of Process Oriented Psychology, from the Process Work Institute in Zurich, Switzerland, and is certified as a Zero Balancing Teacher; she is also certified in Radiance Breathwork and in Radiance Prenatal Work, from the Institute of Transpersonal Body Therapy. Over a period of thirty years, Aminah has developed and taught a wide curriculum for body-mind growth and transformation, including Clinical Acupressure, Process Acupressure, Inner Child Healing, Soul Work, Ancestral Healing, and Past Life Healing. These subjects are now taught by teachers that she has trained. Aminah was born and raised on an Arizona cattle ranch, an environment that has influenced her entire life. She lives in the Sonora desert with her husband Frederick Smith, M.D., the originator of Zero Balancing, with whom she has developed and taught transformational programs for eighteen years.
