Dr. Robert E. Harris, Jr., J.D. was born October 19, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan where he attended Cooley High School. He obtained a Bachelor’s in business at Dallas Baptist University in 1987. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law in 1991. He was an Honor Graduate in the U.S. Air Force Reserves where he served six years. He worked for the United States Army, TACOM as a journey- level supply clerk/logistician during Desert Storm. He has worked as an attorney at law for the since 1993. He has participated in answering over a thousand legal questions on Avvo (a lawyer’s portal), and he has written several legal guides. In his spare time he writes part-time and teaches. He is married and lives in Michigan. He is the author of the epic fantasy Direct Descendant series and the Aura is Radical fictional biographical series.
