Terry Williams has grown up in Plainview, Michigan as a kid without options. With an abusive step-father and a bleak future, he faces a life of slogging away at the local shoe factory until one day Henry Moffit comes along and breaks through his barrier of hostility and loneliness. As childhood friends they share a deep love for their mutual pet dog, Cinder, and form a lasting bond with sinister strings attached. William H. Fairman is a retired Superintendent of Schools for a large school system in Michigan. An avid writer for most of his life, he has written several novels and short stories, in addition to co-authoring various seasonal children’s books with his loving wife of many years, Marilyn. Another Way To Win is his first published work of fiction. William is the proud father of five children, and grandfather to nine grandchildren. He and his wife reside just outside St. Paul, Minnesota.
