Let's start with what a fierce sexy body is to you? Sit down for a few minutes and think about this. Grab a journal and write down what you want. Do you want sexy sculpted abs, or a booty to die for? Long lean legs? you want more muscle? Just take a small amount of time and write it down.

Next you need to set realistic goals. This is usually a very tough thing for many. Why? Because many are so used to setting huge goals and then failing at them...Why? Because the goals are ridiculous and so big and hard to attain that you just cannot fulfill it. So we need to start thinking different about what is realistic. If you want results that last beyond 6 months, you have to accept the fact that maintainable and also life-long changes, will not happen overnight. It's an everyday process you need to work on. Yes your busy, yes its hard...but the point is to start to learn to make time, even if it's a small time every day. Not a few weeks out of the year but each and every day! Make the promise to yourself.

This is a bullet-point version of my latest book, Fierce Abs: Your Jump Start Guide to Sculpt, Tighten, and Tone Your Abs.  I created the paperback version so you could take my Fierce Tips to the gym, office, or outside.  Some people prefer paperback and I understand that.

I wanted to offer my fans a shortened version in which I could include some of my best fitness, nutrition, and motivational stuff.  It's also priced very inexpensively so that everyone can get a copy. In this book I break down some of the nutrition ideas that you should focus on if you are seeking a Fierce Body.  I also give you some great workout ideas and finally, I discuss the body and how to think about making subtle changes that produce REAL results.

Your Fitness and Nutrition Coach... Hi, I'm Jess. "Fitness, nutrition, & motivation" is my slogan and it's what I live by! Growing up I ate terrible and didn't pay attention to what I put in my body. Because I had little guidance, it was up to me to change my habits and my lifestyle.

When I came across the Kiana Tom Fitness TV show I realized that I wanted to be healthy and that fitness and nutrition was something that I was very interested in. I wanted to look like that! But I also realized I needed a coach, I couldn't do it alone...

A short time later I got certified and formally became a Personal Trainer. I am certified through AAAI/ISMA as a Phase I and II Master Trainer & a Nutritional Consultant. I am also constantly reading and learning and searching for new techniques and new information on fitness and nutrition to help my clients. I am always taking things to next level and going bigger and better and I challenge everyone to go further, go harder, and keep making goals!
