John Tomikel, Phd, has written extensively on the subject of natural resources. He is the author of a textbook on conservation that reached three editions. He has authored over a thousand magazine and newspaper articles on nature and resources. He has condensed the subject of natural resources into this small volume. His book, Living With Nature at Hawk's Nest, describes the creation and enhancement of the seven upland environments. He presently lives on twenty five acres of wilderness south of Lake Erie.
