Memoirs From Afghanistan - Tapa blanda

So there I was, Helmand Province Afghanistan, sitting in a port-a-john that measured in at a blazing 132 degrees in the direct sunlight. The focus, get done and get out. To pass the time, I, like my fellow stall frequenters would read the ridiculously comical vandalism that adorned the walls to my left and right. As my brothers and sisters that have been “over there” know, you have to do something to pass the time and boost morale; even though it is a little misguided, weird and totally against base regulations. See for yourself some of the amazing scribbles, drawings, and quotes that kept me and many others entertained in an environment that is not so entertaining. Please enjoy!
