Writing has always been one of my passions but I never really thought about publishing any of my materials 'til now. Aside from writing, I also enjoy cooking which made me decide to take a 2 year culinary program at George Brown College. I graduated last 2010 and got a job at a food store but the more I stayed there, the more I realized that I was not meant to be in the kitchen. That's when I decided to turn my attention to the other thing I enjoy doing; that is writing. I knew it's going to be tough because although I've written some poems and short stories before, I never really have a formal writing course so writing a novel would be challenging. I was thinking of a topic I am most familiar with and then it hits me. I may not be the best chef I dreamt to be but maybe I can still use the things I learned from culinary school to write a cookbook. It still took me a long time to finish it and I don't know what the outcome is going to be but it's worth a try.
