Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. On July 8th, 1947 something strange happened in Roswell New Mexico; a space ship crash landed into the Roswell desert. The Roswell newspapers reported a sensational discovery; the town of Roswell actually had, in their possession the first ever flying saucer. And then the fiction began. On July 8th, 1947 the same newspapers printed corrections about the Roswell incident, explaining that the United States Military and the United States Government investigated and there were no space ships. It was all just a misunderstanding. Aliens don't exist. Charlie Michaels is a 26- year-old insurance salesman living with a medically controlled mental illness. He has schizophrenia. Charlie has never heard about the Roswell incident and, if he had, he probably wouldn't care anyway. It's not his thing. But Charlie Michaels will soon know more about the Roswell incident than he ever wanted to. He is going to live on the line between truth and fiction, and his world is about to dramatically change. Charlie's biggest problem may be trying to see through the hallucinogenic fog of schizophrenia. What is the truth? What is fiction?
