Drake Russell is the pen name for the author of the Hardway Series. Mr Drake has led a typical fictitious life of being an astronaut, a secret agent, and an ex-rock star. And when he's not in orbit, saving the world, or composing another platinum hit, he is pondering his next epic.... rrrright. Drake's alter ego, is a happily married father of two, who has lived at the same old place in Sugar Valley, Pennsylvania, for well over a quarter century. He can often be found writing his tales in the wee hours of the morning after working his shift as a soldier in the great economic war. Drawing on a combination of his life's experiences, his fertile imagination, and gallons of diet soda or black coffee, Drake continues to work on his next episode of the Hardway series.
