One of the most prolific and influential writers in modern comics, Marv Wolfman began his career as an artist. Wolfman has helped shape the heroic careers of DC Comics' Green Lantern and the original Teen Titans, as well as Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Nova and Tomb of Dracula. In addition to co-crating THE NEW TEEN TITANS and CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS with George Perez, Wolfman was instrumental in the revamp of Superman after CRISIS. George Perez started drawing at the age of five and hasn't stopped since. Born on June 9, 1954, Perez started his professional comics career as an assistant to Rich Buckler in 1973. After establishing himself as a penciller at Marvel Comics, Perez first came to DC in 1980, where his highly detailed art style was seen in such titles as JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA and FIRESTORM THE NUCLEAR MAN. After co-creating THE NEW TEEN TITANS with Marv Wolfman in 1980, Perez and Wolfman collaborated again on the landmark miniseries CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS. In the midst of the post-crisis revamps, Perez revitalized WONDER WOMAN and as the series' writer and artist, he not only reestablished Wonder Woman as one of DC's preeminent characters, but also brought in some of the best sales the title has ever experienced.
