Section 4. The Trustees shall have general charge of the affairs, funds, and property of the Society. It shall be their duty to carry out the objects and purposes thereof; and to this end they may exercise all the powers of the Society, subject to the Constitution, and to such action as the Society may take at its special or stated meetings.
