Um die Mitte des vorigen Jahrhunderts, das so ungewöhnlich viele in okkulter Hinsicht bemerkenswerte Menschen hervorgebracht hat, lebte in den Südstaaten Amerikas ein Mann, der sich P. B. Randolph nannte, in seiner Jugend Friseur war, später alle möglichen kleinen Berufe ausübte und in sonderbarem Stolz von sich behauptete, sieben Menschenrassen zu verkörpern: Inder, ägyptische Fellachen, Neger, Weiße, Turkmenen, Kreolen und Armenier.
