Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book examines the preservation and advancement of English liberties through established laws and institutions that have defended citizens from tyranny for centuries. The text draws historical parallels between the challenges of past monarchs and the current threats to the British constitution from within the populace, arguing that both require vigilance and the enforcement of appropriate laws. The author makes a case for strengthening existing statutes to protect the monarch from assault and to prevent sedition, while also upholding the fundamental rights secured by the Bill of Rights. Ultimately, the book asserts that the preservation of British liberty depends on the continued defense of its time-honored constitution and the active participation of citizens in safeguarding its principles.
