We are told that we are training the men and women of to-morrow, that in our hands lies the destiny of a nation; and we hear numerous exhortations to equip for life the rising generation.

But practical definition of this life for which we are to prepare the new generation does not fall so often from the lips of our advisors or shape itself so clearly to our view.
