Mr Watt will find Mr L. a real philosopher and a valuable acquaintance: he has been for some months a part of Mr Wedgwood's family, & is bringing his sons to a more intimate acquaintance with some branches of philosophy than the time they were at Edinburgh would allow them to acquire OT i Nov. 14.1790. My dear Lord Your Excellency's very obliging letter was duly received, & I need not tell your Lordship how happy I am to be assured that you are all in good health, & bear so well another, & not a very favorable, change of climate.
