Mercedes is hell on wheels. She loves the lime-lights, the flashy cars, and men with drama. Her lies and deceitful ways causes more problems than she has solutions to solving them. Her biggest problem is she's the daughter to Pastor Franklin Watson, and she knows in her heart that loving the fast life, fast money and the many men her father preaches against on the pulpit every Sunday is that of living the life of a sinner. She hooks up with one of Atlanta's biggest drug dealers-Roc. He steals her heart, her Christianity and her virginity. All of which of which she is more than willing to give so she can claim the name of something other than a PK-preachers kid. As Mercedes fast talk herself into the lie life of lies and deceit-her 17year old sister A'Lexus realizes that singing church songs, going to bible study, revival, being an usher and obeying her father rules isn't how she wants to live her life neither. The two doesn't realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other-side and when you open up a can of worms you don't know what you might catch while fishing. They soon realize their not the only ones with secrets. Pastor Watson has a few lies and secrets he's not sharing, that bring about some twist and turns. The lies and deceit runs deep in the Watson's Family after the skeletons are removed from behind closed doors. What you do in the dark 'will' soon come to the light.
Biografía del autor
Angela 'Ann-Gee' Murray was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia. Angela started writing poems and short stories at an early age, for enjoyment and to express her thoughts. She's currently working on her next release 'Her Husband-My Man' and she's also completing a children's series 'The Adventures of Ivy'. She's has three adult kids and a grand-daughter. She loves reading, writing, volunteering, sight-seeing and enjoying her family.
