Biograf�a del autor

Priscilla Douglas is well known by top executives as a skilled adviser and coach. Priscilla coaches individuals en route to the C-suite and executives in the C-suite to be more skillful at working collaboratively and strategically. She helps advance leadership skills for major clients in financial services, biotech, government, higher education, architecture and defense. Priscilla’s ability to help others unlock higher leadership value can be attributed, quite simply, to the fact that Priscilla is a leader herself. Earning her doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in four years, elected class marshal and then being appointed a White House Fellow. Priscilla has held senior leadership roles in Fortune 200 companies before launching PHDouglas & Associates in 2001. She continues to grow and share her knowledge serving on a wide range of boards and she is currently on the faculty of the International Women's Forum. Priscilla is passionate about her work and her 1:1 client relationships. Her workshops are dynamic and her speeches are impactful. An avid skier, scuba diver, cyclist and theatergoer, you can count on her to inspire by example and interact so each person she reaches achieves personal and professional satisfaction and success.
