David E. MacLellan is a 30-year veteran home-builder in Northern California. His experience in the building industry extends to all types of housing. He has been instrumental in providing industry standards in residential construction and was recently inducted into the California Home Building Foundation Hall of Fame. MacLellan is an engineering graduate from Penn State University with both bachelor's and master's degrees. He is licensed in California and Oregon as a general and specialty building contractor. MacLellan has lectured to numerous professional groups, including the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the North Carolina Homebuilders Association and the Homebuilders Association of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He has founded 17 homeowner associations, and he served for nine years as President of the homeowner's association in the community where he lives. George Wolfson is a registered architect, and has over 40 years experience in the field of home construction Wolfson holds advance degrees in architecture with graduate studies in engineering/science, urban studies, real estate, architecture and construction.
