Alicia Maher is passionate about cooking and is completely in her element in the kitchen. From a very young age, Alicia loved to cook and bake in her native El Salvador. After leaving El Salvador at the age of nineteen, Alicia moved to Washington, D.C. with her first husband, an American diplomat, where they lived for two years before moving to Kfar Shmaryahu, Israel. Wherever she was, Alicia immersed herself in the culture, language, and local food traditions.
